At Elverys Ireland, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the goods are in a resaleable condition.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your delivery note, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Choose Your Method

  Return your parcel via An Post or a local courier service, or bring it to any of our retail stores across Ireland for a free in-store return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
